From reading the box to the left, you should now understand just how Radical Productions works. After your interview, we will either hire you, or not; it's just that simple, and exactly like any other job interview and unlike traditional agencies.We will never try to sell you anything or take any money from you, or charge you outrageous commission fees.
We are your photographer. We are your employer. There's none of the typical agency rhetoric that is so often practiced these days. Your portfolio is company-paid, completely free to you, and you may even be compensated for your initial portfolio. We like keeping things simple here.
However, if you do like the idea of modeling, here's a little more detail on how it works:
We are actively seeking models for our website project. We cater to a clientele that desires barely legal youth, so we are looking for models with a youthful appearance of any ethnicity and body type. So, if you have an interest in the idea of modeling, here's a little more detail on how it works:
Step 1:
Along with this website, which allows people online to sign up for an appointment for a modeling portfolio, there are talent scouts scattered throughout the US. Our scouts do as their name implies: scout for new talent; sometimes utilizing direct face-to-face contact with business cards, or online through ads, chat, personals, etc. Don't feel that we need to contact you first; initiative is a promising trait in a model. If you express an interest we will then get some information from you and, provided we find you even potentially marketable, we will set up a time to meet you for your interview and company-paid portfolio or arrange to bring you to the location of the photo shoot (travel can sometimes be provided or reimbursed for depending upon various conditions).
Step 2:
Make sure you have government issued age verification and proof of ID with you, as that will be required and you cannot model without it. You will be given an application to fill out, which will be reviewed and discussed during your interview. Our focus is on body modeling, and while nudity is required (please leave all modestly at home), feel free to open up to our representatives, we want to know what you are comfortable with. Some models are very open, a characteristic that tends to show on some of their more provocative portfolios, however others are only content to complete simple, softcore nudes. This is fine too. While hardcore/adult portfolio's pay sometimes triple the salary, softcore is also an available option. There are typically only 2 or 3 people, not including yourself, present during the shoot: the photographer, assistants and/or make-up artists.
Step 3:
When the shoot is over (most shoots lasts on average 3-4 hours), you head home and wait for your portfolio to be reviewed.
That's about it! From there, our representatives will submit the portfolio, interviewers notes, application and their general thoughts about you to our home office based out in Hollywood, California. You are then evaluated by the Senior Management of Radical Productions, who will then decide where you would be most marketable (web page, calendar, magazine, etc.). For your initial portfolio, you may even recieve generous compensation. Please note: it is beneficial if you reserve the entire day of your shoot.
As a model, especially a model for Radical Productions, there are benefits you couldn't imagine. New, interesting people to meet and places to go! New things to do, to try. Not to mention the potential income you could earn. Hired models will be paid between $15-300 per hour for each shoot, depending on the project and their involvement in it; modeling shoots usually last between 3-24 hours, sometimes over a couple day's time.
